The technician is very nice and considerate. Before he stepped into the house, he wore plastic wraps around his shoes to prevent from getting the house dirty.
He is very knowledgeable about ovens and gave detailed explanations as I observed him fixing the problem. He eventually fixed the problem.
The customer service prior to the technician is very prompt with the response and knew exactly what the problem is as I explained it. The terms and contract is very straight forward. They said that I will not get charged if they can’t fix the problem.
Overall, everything is great and I am very happy with their service. Will recommend this company!

Repair technician was prompt, respectful, and very helpful. Even facing the fact that there was nothing that he could do to fix the problem, he ruled out every feasible action until all that was left was to replace the unit. I appreciate the explanation and his reasoning. I highly recommend Fix-It Guy!

I contacted the company back in November to get my washer fixed and get the parts to stack the dryer on the washer. A technician name Reggie came in and diagnosed the issue and ordered the part to fix it. He came in the following fix and fixed the washer. The part that is used to stack the units together would come in a week or so later. So, I scheduled the following appointment a few weeks later and the tech missed it because he was held up on a different job. Then we scheduled another appointment that he missed due to the car breaking down, then there was a family emergency, then vacation/holidays, then bad weather. We are now in February (3 months later) and the tech is no longer returning my texts. Awesome service!
