My washing machine stopped working out of the blue. They were the first to respond and were very flexible with their schedule. Justin was very knowledgeable, patient and very professional through the process of getting my washing machine fixed.

GREAT COMPANY-EXCELLENT SERVICE! My husband originally used The Fix-It Guy for our fridge years ago; he was happy with the service from Robert & Patrick. When we had issues with our other appliances, he told me to contact this company again. Even though they are busy, it’s nice to be able to get appointments within the week and the same for the follow up parts replacement appointments. Anytime I have spoken to Robert over the phone, he’s been wonderful; Patrick has been our technician for the various issues with our appliances....great guy, very professional and very thorough. I felt comfortable talking to both Robert and Patrick. They seem to genuinely care and I never feel like they are rushing thru our appointments. I also appreciate that Patrick always has great tips/advice to maintain our appliances.

I was very impressed with the Fix-It guy Appliance services. They arrive during their posted window, when requested he presented his ID, and he made short order of diagnosing the problem. My compressor was gone and he suggested a new unit. It was quick and efficient he was very professional and I would recommend him to all my friends and even use him again myself.

I was able to schedule a last minute repair of our leaking refrigerator on a Friday evening before the Christmas holiday. Reggie was friendly and capable. He quickly identified the problem and taught me how to change the filter for the future. Thanks again for fast and wonderful service! Would definitely recommend!

On time, did the work correctly and were courteous. The price was about what I was expecting for the type of oven I have (Wolf) Would call them again if I need repairs! (Hope I don't) Lol
Either it was time for a repair or time to get a brand new dishwasher. Glad I chose The Fix It Guy for repair. Was fixed fairly quickly at less than half the cost of a new washer and I'll likely get a few more years out of it now. Well done!
Have utilized Fix-It-Guy in the past with excellent results. Presently, serviceman diagnosed a microwave problem that would cost more to repair than but a new one. Appreciate not having to waste money on a microwave money pit.
