Prompt, professional, competent. What else? Just a nice guy with a wrench for the dishwasher who knew his stuff.

They came out to diagnose my washing machine issue. Scheduling was quick and easy, I like their texting alerts to let me know who is coming and when. They were really professional and very friendly. My washing machine cost more to fix than a new machine so I didn’t have the work done but will definitely call them in the future if I have a need!

Bobby is an incredible guy! My dishwasher had not been working for two weeks. I called Sears Repair, they told me $99 for just coming. I called Fux-it-Guy, he solved my problem over the phone for no charge. Who does that? The Fix-it Guy, he is the most honest repair man I have ever dealt with. Never met this guy but absolutely adore him!

I had David from Chicago Appliance come in and fix my dryer. He was on time, early in fact, and diagnosed the problem immediately, had the parts, charged a reasonable price and cleaned the entire dryer and also cleaned up everything after he was finished. Top notch professional and top notch company. It's very difficult to find a repair service that comes when they promise and does this type of outstanding work, Ask for David, he's terrific. I highly recommend Chicagoo Applaince Repair
