The repairman should provide a "labor" hourly rate and a cost estimate and prior to starting work. I was surprised with the final cost.

We recently moved into a new home and we called Fit-It Guy Appliance Repair because our dryers weren't drying and one of our washers wasn't draining. The solution to the washer was very simple (oops), but Bobby guided us through it step-by-step so that next time we could do it ourselves. He recommended a vent cleaner for the dryers.

He was very friendly and professional and GET THIS, even arrived earlier than the scheduled two-hour window. In all the people we've called to make quick fixes around the house no one has done that yet. Would definitely recommend to others and will call again if something else breaks!

I really appreciate the, prompt, courteous, professional service and attention I get with each visit. The Fix-it Guys skilled repairmen are all great, and a special shout out to Reggie who has been great with deciding whether to fix or replace. Great job, Reggie! Thank you!
