Bobby and Caesar came out to fix my Bosch Dryer. It was a broken motor belt. They called ahead to let me know they were gonna be at the later end of my time window. Once they were here they were friendly, and got the job done quickly. Also gave me some helpful maintenance tips for my machine. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for the work they did - especially working in my small space and having to separate a stackable unit etc. I would definitely use Bobby again, but hopefully nothing else breaks!

I scheduled an appointment for today and was wondering why the technician hadn’t shown up. When I gave the company a call, no one answered so I left a message. A few minutes later I received a call back and had been informed that I entered my number incorrectly. There was no way for me to know this as no one ever confirmed contact info with me and their standard “we will be in touch shortly” email didn’t list any of my info that I entered. I had to go through the string of emails to prove that my contact info wasn’t confirmed because the person I was speaking with insisted they always confirm contact info. So now I still have a broken dryer and wasted 2 hours of my only day off this week. If you want to try them out, make sure to give them a call to confirm they have your correct information
