  Unbelievably great experience with Reggie. 5 stars isn't enough! He deserves 10! Washing machine pump went out and I'm glad I called The Fix-It Guy! Very friendly, does incredible work, and would highly recommend! He was prompt and on time and was prepared to get at the problem immediately. Very reasonable price for the hard work he does.   Horace knows his stuff! He knew what the issue was with my oven before he even opened it! He also knew why my stove’s gas wasn’t catching right away (which wasn’t even part of my service call, but much appreciated that he fixed it anyway.)
  
  He was an hour early (that’s a first with service calls!) and completed the job in less than 30 min, allowing me to get on with my day. He’s a nice guy, and we had a good conversation throughout. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance fixed!

  Bobby, the fix it guy, advised a quick “do it myself “ diagnosis. Upon hearing the result, he suggested that I try an inexpensive product before hiring him to come to my house for a service call.
  His advice worked like magic and my dishwasher is running like new.
