These people had done a repair on a fridge in the past and spliced a water hose, which they had to come back and replace due to the inadequate repair the first time. I then had them come out again as the same appliance developed a water leak (which I thought might be related). They came out and diagnosed the problem as a "bad water valve" which apparently cost $110 (never saw a receipt for this part). The diagnosis was incorrect and they instead bled air out of the water dispenser line (never approved this repair or was quoted a price). I left numerous voice mails and sent texts to Robert and he finally called me on five days later. He attempted to justify the charge of $190 for a simple job. He then proceeded to tell me that the job should have been $325 because it involved two technicians (again for bleeding air out of a line) and that I received a "significant" discount of $135. B.S.!!! Over priced and dishonest (in my opinion) Not to mention multiple re-schedules to further inconvenience. AVOID these folks like the plague. I am rating them a single star, but would rate them zero if it was possible!
*** After my negative review, this guy has the b@lls to state that I "well aware" what the work would entail. YES, I did pay you for the work you ORGINALLY quoted, and YES I trusted you and paid before the work was done. Then you do something completely different and gouge me. Don't try to sugar coat your rip-off methods, I never would have authorized you to bleed an air in a hose for $190. COMPLETE RIP OFF ARTIST! CONSUMER BEWARE. ***
