Called for a broken cooktop. Talked to Robert, who called back promptly. He was like a detective, asked lots of questions and also for pictures and model number. We exchanged a couple phone calls, more pictures of the problem. He saved me a bunch of money as well as time. Unbelievably nice and smart. This group is now my go-to company for appliance repair. Had already called a couple other places who just wanted to schedule an appt in two weeks.

I've had Robert for several years fixing my appliances at home and my rental unit. He always answers and returns call immediately. He is so professional.
I love his texts once you book appointment as a reminder. He also sends text when he's on his way. And then another text when job is finished to confirm any charges. This last time I used him, he worked with my renters and diagnosed it over the phone saving me money. He gave me an estimate for parts and labor to decide if I should just buy a new machine. He is an honest, lovely person. I will continue to tell my friends about him and use him in the future.

Great customer service, fast response, simple quote with no hidden fees. They were able to send someone the same day I called, and when he arrived was quick and extremely professional. This is my first time using the Fix-it Guy and plan to use them for any issues going forward.

This is a complete rip off. You will pay for an initial visit and then never hear from them again. When you follow up they will tell you they don’t have any time for months. Rude. Unacceptable. Complete crooks.

These guys are terrific! They are extremely responsive, reliable, and courteous. Also, instead of just replacing parts, they really do come in to fix it. They repaired all the burners on our stove using household tools, without replacing anything, and it all now works perfectly.
