They were great, got here on time, very efficient, fixed the dishwasher and helped me order small parts I needed to fix another part myself so he didn't have to come back.

The gentleman who arrived was extremely professional, knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed in 20 minutes. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a repair company and people who know what they are doing.

I had an amazing experience with Robert! He was thorough and identified the problem I was having with my washer. He immediately was proactive with getting the items I needed. I didnt have to ask him twice for an update. What I appreciated the most is he did what he said he was going to do when he said he would. I appreciated this the most. Communicating was easy and responses given right away. True Professional! I will continue to use his services and recommend him.

EXCELLENT SERVICE/EXPERIENCE on 4/2017! VERY professional, honest and straight forward company, nice to work with and Robert (the owner) fixed our issue. Leaking LG front loading washing machine. Looked up 4 Chicago appliance repair companies, contacted all and ONLY Robert of Fix-It Guy responded immediately. He was upfront about the no nonsense pricing and booked a date. The other 3 companies took forever to respond or could not fix my LG washer (FYI: 2 of them recommended Robert of Fix-It). Robert called 30 mins prior to his arrival, wore shoe covers in my home, diagnosed/explained the issues, gave us a price to fix it/ordered the part/booked the return appointment all while still at our home. Came back as promised, although at an earlier time than previously told (No issues--better to get it done early) and fixed the washer. Will use them again for any issues and highly recommend this company! Refreshing to find honesty and great service in Chicago!
