I've had two great experiences with The Fix-It Guy Appliance Repair. Most recently I needed my dryer repaired. Last year it was my oven. Robert and his colleague were both extremely personable and courteous. He showed up exactly within the scheduled time-frame. He called to let me know he was on his way. He set proper expectations regarding the cost and service. And he gave me a choice to have the receipt emailed which I really like as an option. I hope that I don't have any more appliances break anytime soon but I can say I will use The Fix-It Guy again if the need does arise.

The Fix It Guy is great. I had an all around positive experience. We recently had him repair our dryer. He did a great job. I love how he's very courteous, on time, and can email the receipt. We're repeat customers. Last year we had to repair our oven and likewise he had done an excellent job then too.

The fix-it guys are amazing they saved my dinner party. My stove broke before my farewell to winter dinner party. They got the part and repaired in time to save my dinner. I can't thank them enough. I would recommend them to everyone.
