Request a couponThese guys are terrific! They are extremely responsive, reliable, and courteous. Also, instead of just replacing parts, they really do come in to fix it. They repaired all the burners on our stove using household tools, without replacing anything, and it all now works perfectly.

Robert and Horace came to our house to fix our Viking Oven. They told me over the phone what they thought the problem was (including some more ideas about a previously investigated broken convection fan). They showed up on time, with a call ahead to let me know they were close and quickly fixed both issues. Very professional, very fast. I will definitely be calling Robert and Fix-It Guy Appliance Repair again!

Very professional and friendly, we have used The Fix It Guy twice now (different reasons), and will continue. My daughter was very worried about her melting popsicles, and was reassured everything would be fine!
Our technician was very professional and friendly and I feel bad giving him a low score. I asked him to check our noisy dishwasher and while he found the reason for our noisy dishwasher (rubber pieces had fallen into the motor), he broke the seal of the dishwasher trying to get to the issue. The dishwasher was older, but essentially I paid $60 to have someone break my dishwasher. I replaced the new dishwasher myself and wish I would have done that instead of paying for their service. That said, they were very timely and professional.

Perfect Fix It experience! Robert was delightful to work with. I really appreciated the way he talked me thru his trouble shooting process as he diagnosed my broken washing machine. He even showed me how to complete the final repair myself after ordering a $12 part. He put in extra effort to avoid what could have been a much more costly and second visit ordeal. If the same thing ever goes wrong again, he told me, "Now you know how to do this yourself so you won't have to call me." Fixed machine and new knowledge! Well worth it. If I ever have anything else that needs fixing - I now know who I will call!
