These guys were great. They showed up within the two hour window provided, they understood the problem with my dishwasher and even had the part available with them at the time of my appointment. They were fast, courteous and informative. I definitely recommend these guys!

Robert has now fixed my dishwasher, stove, and dryer. He can diagnose the problems really easily and knows just how to fix them. I like that he is open to answering all my questions and educates me on preventive maintenance, without making me feel dumb :) I can't compare him to other repair companies because I like his service so much I just call him!

i had an issue with my fridge not working, i called them and the immediately diagnosed the issue over the phone at no cost to me, it solved the problem. i will for sure call them in the future for their service as they are very atraightforward and trustworthy

Really?? Who does this?? I called Robert to come reconnect my gas stove after having it disconnected to install new floors. Robert called me back, explaining that reconnecting the stove was easy and I could probably save myself the cost of a service call by doing it myself. He asked me txt him a picture of the gas connection then immediately called me back to let me know I could do it myself. Fabulous!! Anytime anything else breaks around this place, he will be the first person I call. Could not be happier!
I have used the Fix-It Guys multiple times. Every time they are prepared, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have been able to handle all the fixes we've needed. They are also great at coming within a day or two of calling, which is incredibly helpful!

On more than one occasion, they've been able to quickly diagnose and repair problems that had previously stumped the manufacturer's repairman.
