  This guy's the bee's knees. How do I know? Listen up! I am not even from Chicago! I'm from half the country away. My dishwasher went absolutely bust, and no one locally would even give me advice what went wrong. So, I took to the internet in search of wiser, kinder minds. I called everyone I could, and tried to wheedle information out of them, but they were not receptive at all "without a consultation." The fixit guy was SO different. I caught him obviously in the middle of something, and he heard out my problem in 5 minutes. In those 5 minutes, he understood exactly what the problem was, asked what my brand was, and gave me concrete instructions what to do to fix it, and didn't even ask for a penny! The machine was up and running like a champ within 24 hours. I called the guy to profess my guilt of not living anywhere even near him, but he just laughed and lauded me on being resourceful! The guy is obviously an unrivaled master of his craft, having fixed my 12 year old washing machine over the phone. I haven't met the guy, but I can only dispense with the kindest, most celebratory words about him! Thanks again!!

  I needed a repair guy to come fix my washing machine as it would drain or spin
  
  I called Fix It Guy and they were able to come out that same day within hours of my call!
  
  They arrived on time and fixed my machine in 15 minutes - it is 20 year old machine but they fixed it and it works like it did!
  
  The price was reasonable as well- I highly recommend this company - I was very pleased!!!

  These guys are great! I’ve had to call them twice, one for a refrigerator repair and another for an oven repair. Both times they arrived within the time frame and worked quickly and efficiently. They are always super friendly too. I will continue to call them as needed.
