The Fix It Guys (I believe Bob and Reggie) showed up on time and were very professional and nice. They worked on my washing machine and confirmed what I suspected which was that the repairs would cost more than replacing the machine. They had researched the machine prior to coming and brought a few replacement parts that might be needed which I thought was proactive and shoes initiative. They were very careful when moving the machine and took care to make sure they didn’t scratch my new tile floor. I was very happy with their service and would call them again for any appliance repair.
