Gabriel from Fix It Guy was prompt, courteous, professional, took the time to explain the cause of our appliance problem and best of all, totally fixed it. Great communication, super easy process. Highly recommended!
Very nice and helpful
Professional, helpful, clean, timely. My issue (broken combo washer/dryer) was hard to figure out and they were very good at trouble shooting
Didn't call me back when the tenants were not home
I had Patric out to fix my leaky washing machine, and my experience couldn't have been better. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, Patric came out right on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable and even helped me source the broken part which had been long discontinued. He was in and out in no time and the washer runs as good as new now. Next time something breaks, I'll definitely be contacting Fix It Guy again.
Patric did a great job fixing my dishwasher. It was easy to book an appointment, service was friendly, efficient, and fairly priced.
The fix it guy’s are a good company. They did cancel a booking with me last minute but they accommodated me the next day with fitting me in their schedule to make sure my washer was fixed. The workers are always very polite and professional and do great work. They are lucky they have such good employees. I would recommend them 100%
Worked with getting the tech there so I could support another appointment. All information provided via text. However, all responses/messages were polite and prompt. Nain was professional, nice and provided information to help maintain my appliance. Arrived as scheduled.
Miguel was super warm, friendly, prompt, and professional. The repair was taken care of no problem. Extremely communicative and transparent in timeline and cost from the get go. I don't think anyone is super stoked to need an appliance repaired, but Miguel and Fix It Guy make dealing with it so much easier and better.
In time professional and honest .
Have used Robert a few times and he’s great. Responsive, professional and gets the job done. Highly recommend.
Jacob was fabulous! he gave me an accurate ETA before arrival, took his shoes off, and found the issue right away. He was so lovely, and I would highly recommend him.
