He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain the issue with our dryer in a very simple and easy-to-understand way. We really appreciated his patience and willingness to answer our questions without making us feel overwhelmed by the technical details.

  David was prompt courteous, efficient and took the time to explain things. The only reason I took a star off was because the first time he came out, he had the wrong parts, so he had to reschedule a second appointment. Other than that, we were very happy with their service.

  My dryer stopped heating, so I called Fix It Guy, and they sent Reggie out to take a look. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not only did he fix the problem, but he took the time to explain what was wrong and how I could fix it myself in the future. Who does that these days?
  
  And he gave me a discount, which I really appreciated. My dryer is working like new again.

  I would say it was an average experience. I would have appreciated the technician to fully diagnose the fridge beyond addressing the compressor and took his time to assess the situation. Instead, he gave me advise about Samsung warranties and left in 10 minutes. I come to call Samsung, it's a $200 dollar visit minimum and I've already paid this company the minimum of $85 per visit. Overall, the process to get someone out to address the issue is good and the customer service is good - they are nice people. I just wish they didn't tell me some bad advice about warranties and just gave me the estimate I was looking for from the first visit. I also wish they informed customers to check warranties before scheduling a visit.

  Booking an appointment was straightforward and convenient, with availability as soon as the next day. I scheduled a Saturday appointment for Monday. The engineer, Jacob, promptly diagnosed the issue during his initial visit and returned on Thursday to complete the repair. Our washing machine was leaking due to a cracked hose, which Jacob identified immediately. After obtaining the necessary part, he efficiently cleaned and repaired the machine, restoring it to full functionality. Jacob was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, always prioritising our best interests. I am highly satisfied with his work and will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend Jacob for his excellent service.
