Miguel did a fantastic job fixing my dryer when it started making a horrific noise while running. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the necessary piece, and schedule a follow up appointment. The repair took about 20 minutes and is working good as new. Miguel is super friendly and knowledgable, based on this experience I would recommend Fit It Guy Appliance Repair Chicago.

I’ve used this company in the past and always had positive experiences, which makes this one particularly disappointing. The technician himself (David) was professional, and my frustration is not directed at him.
Despite explicitly requesting multiple times that my card not be charged automatically because I intended to pay via Zelle, the company charged it anyway. Additionally, I had issues with two separate appliances, and when it came time to complete the repairs, suddenly there were additional problems that had not previously been identified. What bothered me most was the insistence that these issues had already existed, despite my experience suggesting otherwise.
I may still use this company in the future, but I genuinely believed they operated with a higher level of transparency, communication, and customer consideration than others in the industry. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise. Disappointing, especially from a company that had previously earned my trust.

I’ve used Patric Z from Fix It Guy twice for repairs to my range and both times he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job on the repairs. The price point was on the higher end, but for the ease of scheduling and the quality work done I would say the services were worth the price.
This was my first time working with Fix it Guy. I was getting an issue resolved with a refrigerator I have, and to the point, David was timely, professional, efficient, and everything I was hoping for with this appointment. And I definitely will be coming back to them for future repairs.
