We contacted Fix It Guy after another appliance service we had used previously failed to respond. Scheduling was easy. Nain was prompt and highly professional. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our dishwasher that made a replacement more sensible, but Nain was up front about this and ensured we didn't have to pay anything above the diagnostic fee.

Service was great from scheduling to completion of work on my washer. Patric were very knowledgeable and patient with explaining the issue and also pointing out ways to avoid future issues. Scheduled on Sunday work was done by Tuesday. Also really liked the tech they used for communication and payment. Will use again.
