Miguel of Fix It Guy was very professional and extremely helpful. He had researched my brand and model of dishwasher prior to coming out and had a pretty good idea of what the problem was. His recommendation was to replace the dishwasher rather than fix it, as that made the best sense economically. Very impressed.

Jacob was able to get our fridge back up and running in no time! He was very friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. Would definitely use Fix It Guy again!

Patric was great with helping us assess the life of our fridge and to determine the best next steps to move forward. He was transparent that a replacement would be wiser than a repair, gave us signs to look out for, and advice on how to monitor it and how to go about replacing it. Our fridge is situated in a complicated area in our home and we also have some big transitions coming up so it was worthwhile to get the expert option from Patric on how to best move forward with all of that going on.

Miguel was professional, punctual and managed to diagnose the problem quickly. Also very flexible with us telling him our time constraint to schedule the repair. Couldn't recommend this more. Now hopefully the repair experience will be as great as the first visit :p
