  I had an unexpected issue with my washing machine and was referred to Fix It Guy. I was impressed by their scheduling, billing, and communication system.   You guys should really be more transparent about your labor cost. Your website says that the $85 service call fee will be waived if a customer proceeds with work, however, there is no mention of there being a $235 flat rate labor charge, even if a job takes 5 minutes. Additionally, there is no mention of the $235 flat rate on the invoice. Only by digging in was I able to find out this information. If you made this more transparent, I would give five stars.

  While the repair took an extra visit, the service techs were incredibly communicative and patient. Gabriel walked me through all his findings, asked great questions, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Very impressed with the care and professionalism from everyone, from start to finish.
  
  There is still additional work to be done, but they went above and beyond and made sure I had plumbing back on and the damaged washer safely cut off from the water supply in the meantime, so no other appliances or faucets were affected. Great problem solving, and going above and beyond!
