Robert, the owner, is unquestionably one of the most professional, honest, and kindest people in this profession I’ve ever met. I’ve owned six homes in my lifetime so I feel I can recommend this company highly to friends and those I don’t know. This company is a gem.

Great experience!! We had a faulty temperature sensor on our oven. It seemed to work intermittently. Nain with Fix It Guy took care of it quickly and had immense expertise with troubleshooting and repairing electronics. They also followed up per our request a second time, as we had a concern about the insulation around the circuit board. Would recommend them and will call them back again should we need another repair.

Reggie was really great and helped me fixed a leaking fridge. There was a minor issue a few days later but Reggie was very prompt in returning for a follow-up. I would happily trust this team if my appliances had any other issues
