  Horrible do not recommend, the people are rude. There was a five hour window the person didn’t even show up until 10 mins before the window ended. There is a nationwide Verizon outage that randomly hit and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. Still charged me anyways when I reached out from another phone number.

  I just had my washer fixed by Robert the owner. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly fast: from the time he stepped in the door until the washer was fixed was under 5 minutes. He did me a huge favour by coming and fixing it too, since my building was not doing anything to help me get maintenance to come, so not only is he a fast, skilled guy he's generous and giving as well. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants a company that cares and can get the job done to boot.

  Highly recommend! They use a great website/app to make booking and setting up appointment easy.
  
  Technician was extremely professional and courteous. He was very thorough and efficient. I was shocked how quickly the repairs were completed. Worked on our schedule to get repairs done quickly before guests were coming into town.
