Request a couponHector is a nice guy!!! He fixed our dryer and was extremely insightful! Thank You!
Actually I was quite impressed with these guys. I called to get my refrigerator checked out and serviced. They arrived right on time and did what was...
Reggie was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem on my refrigerator and gave me great repair options.
Absolute SCAM of a company:
Fixit sent a tech to diagnose and repair my freezer. After the install, the freezer was still broken. I was unable to get Fixit or the tech on the phone for WEEKS. Finally, the tech responded saying a new part was in, but then never answered again when I asked about installation. This morning, Fix it told me that the "rogue" tech scheduled my repair outside of their system, and that since they've fired him, they are "not responsible for his actions" and proceeded to HANG UP on me AND BLOCK MY NUMBER.
Do not trust this company, they take no liability for their techs and will send thieves into your home only to tell you it's your problem for having trusted their service... Criminals and scam artists, please learn from my experience and utilize ANYONE else.
If i could give this company 0 stars, I would. Sent a tech to do a repair, charged me, and then claimed the tech never sent the money and that it is "not their problem" that the repair was faulty. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES
Was able to diagnose the issue with my washing machine
Excellent!!! Highly recommend it.
After taking one look at my fridge (after providing them model number in advance), the tech said my issue was a common problem that they don't fix. He suggested a DIY fix for me, which didn't work. But don't worry, they still charged me an $85 fee for the 10 minutes the tech came in and suggested a repair easily found on Youtube.
Hector was great, very knowledgeable.
Great and affordable service
