Request a couponI first met Robert when he was first starting out and I'm happy to see his business has grown so much. Second generation repairman, friendly, fair, and always professional. Highly Recommended!
My Kitchen Aid oven was overheating. Seeing the Fix It Guys reviews, looked online, able to schedule an appointment within a very acceptable window, came out, diagnosed and it was fixed! There is even a warranty on the part for 90 days, but I don’t see needing that but nice to know. Glad to fix it and not buying a new stove/oven!!
Nice guy, good communication, all good
Reggie was awesome! Timely, efficient, very knowledgeable, and super helpful!
Issue quickly diagnosed, identified and tech was very professional !
This is the second time Reggie's helped us with our washer and dryer, and it's always a great experience. He's friendly and forthright about what's going on, explains what he's doing so I can learn, and gives advice I trust.
Great service and reasonably priced.
Gabriel was fantastic, knowledgeable, works fast and answered a few questions I had. Excellent service and excellent rep. I’ll definitely reach out again to them when something breaks down. Thank you.
