Very professional service and got so many tips to keep dishwasher working well. Reliable company.
Always a great experience!
Super helpful! While my landlord does all the payment, I interact with all the technicians. They’ve been extremely kind, helpful in fixing problems, and easy to communicate and schedule through phone and text.
Great experience, the technician was quick, professional, and explained everything to me very thoroughly. The price seemed fair for a dishwasher repair; however, I was surprised there was an option to tip.
No one better than Miguel.
Very professional and friendly service. Our repair was done in about 30min
We have used Fix-it guy for multiple appliance repairs in our Chicago condo over the past few years. Robert has done a good job and has proven to be knowledgeable, hard-working, reliable, and honest. If there are issues after work has been performed, he has resolved them quickly. Highly recommended!
Robert is great. He knew what the problem was before he even looked at the fridge. The part isn't available, so we bought a wiring harness intended for other purposes and jury rigged it. Fridge is now fixed. Thanks, Robert!
Reggie, Technician was very professional. Got to the problem quickly and order the part for future repair. Thank you
