MJ Ryder recently fitted a new Vaillant boiler and new thermostatic valves on our radiators. A quote was given promptly after the engineer's visit and the installation was carried out within 2 weeks. The 2 installers were polite and worked solidly for the day, keeping disturbance to the house to a minimum. They cleared up well as they went along and clearly explained how the new boiler and controls worked. Very happy with all aspects of the process.

Couldn't get my boiler to light in new office - called MJ Ryder and they were able to send someone out the same day which was fantastic. David was on time, incredibly polite and found the issue immediately. He serviced the boiler and we were good to go.
After deciding to leave British gas who should we turn to but M J Ryder. That was a number of years ago and in that time they have organised monthly service agreements on two properties in the district and kept everyone happy.. A recent new boiler installation, after price and manufacturers were discussed, meant bringing tenant and owner up to speed on the changes. What we appreciated was that an engineer was available in quick time to do the explaining.

We had our new boiler fitted by Alex, Ben and Steve. They were polite, friendly and thoroughly professional and did a fantastic job. They were absolutely first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Called these guys for first time off a recommendation. brilliant! Called me back quickly, and had someone on site same day. The guy that came on Site was brilliant.

Delighted to give M J Ryder a 5-star review. They service my central heating annually and yesterday replaced 6 radiators in a 100+ year old house, meaning every room in the house except for the kitchen and bathroom were affected. The two engineers (Alex and Ben) were efficient, professional and pleasant to have around and left everywhere clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
