After having a not very good experience with my bank of 50 years, I went to Mark who worked very hard to find me a financial institution that would help me. The process itself with the bank and lawyers was a bit frustrating, but Mark persevered and got it all through. Both he and Leanne were great to work with and I am very grateful to both.

  Twice Mark made recommendations to us that showed he had our best interest in mind, not his own. The first time, his advice for how to finance a remote property was the right one, but meant no new mortgage. The second time, he helped us negotiate a renewal with our existing lender at great rate. Neither resulted in a commission for him, but he treated our goals as if they were his own. Our third time working with Mark resulted in new a mortgage and he was on it from start to finish, enabling us to remove the financing condition quickly to be the successful buyer on a home with competing offers.

  Mark is great to work with, many years ago he helped me secure a spousal buyout on my mortgage when other lenders told me im I would need to sell my home after my divorce. This time, I enlisted Mark again to help us get a mortgage for a new home, the market was a bit wild, buyers were purchasing without a condition period, although we didn't, we still needed a quick turnaround when we found our home and Mark was able to deliver, at a rate much less then the banks.

  Mortgages and Moving are stressful! It’s not something I do often and Mark has been instrumental in taking the stress out of Mortgages!!!
