Mark Panizzon was recommended to me and after working with him through the mortgage process I definitely would be the one recommending him now. To me he went above and beyond but to him I think that’s just the way he treats his clients. I won’t use anyone but Mark moving forward. Very professional, knows his stuff and always had time for me and my questions. Thanks again Mark!
Mark was fantastic to work with during my recent condo purchase. He was readily available to answer all questions and thoroughly explained all of my options. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and reliable mortgage broker.
This was our second time working with Mark. He helped us secure our mortgage on our first home five years ago and helped this year with refinancing. Mark was so easy to work with and absolutely on top
of every detail, large or small. He even helped us make a last minute switch in lenders that saved us quite a bit in fees. We can’t recommend him enough, you won’t be disappointed.
We purchased our first home in Edmonton through Mark, our experience with him was the easiest, I repeat the easiest I had gone through. We all know purchasing a home can be a roller coaster of emotions but Mark made sure it went smoothly. He had his every other week emails on updates with the mortgage rates and his updates with the market which we found very very useful. I will without a doubt be using Mark again for a future home purchase, if you are reading this as a first home buyer, Mark will unquestionably make this an easy experience as long as your are completely honest in all that is requested, its a 1,2,3 process from there. Thank you again Mark and my family thanks you as well.
This was the second time working with Mark. He had the expertise and patience once again to help me out. I’d definitely recommend Mark for any of your mortgage needs.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my mortgage broker! Throughout the entire process, Mark made sure I was well-informed, explaining each step thoroughly and ensuring I understood everything along the way. When there were challenges & I was worried or frustrated, he found solutions and reassured me that we'd get through them and we did. I didn't feel like I was just another client; instead, his genuine investment and personal approach made me feel like a valued partner in the journey towards securing my mortgage. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in this journey! Highly recommend!
Mark has worked on our mortgage and, I can make a very strong statement Mark is very professional!
And saying "professional" I mean a lot of things he's handled for our case including blending mortgages with the best rates and options, being honest and providing with all the numbers and solutions, communicating on our behalf with whoever was needed to be involved. We were running within a super tide timeframes and he unbelievably has speeded things up that really showed how professional the broker can be and knowing what strings to pull and who to contact to make the deal approved, signed and closed!
We are really amazed and impressed by Mark's work and results he achieved!
Thank you Mark from all of our family!
This is my second time working with Mark for my mortgage and everything went just as smoothly as the first time. I highly recommend his services. He’s thorough and very knowledgeable and gave me the best possible option that suited my needs. I was able to get all the details worked out from the comfort of my home and it made things extremely convenient for me. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future for any mortgage needs!
Mark helped us get approved for our very first mortgage, and when our 5 year renewal approached, it was a no brainer to get back in contact. He truly takes the time to show you current market trends, different mortgage types, and being as he is a broker, he’s able to get you the best rates available. Not only is his expertise apparent when doing business, he’s genuinely a good guy, adding both knowledge and a kind demeanour to your mortgage experience. Would highly recommend Mark for any of your mortgage needs!
Mark was an excellent mortgage broker. Very professional and knowledgable, presented several options with different advantages and disadvantages. Most importantly, he was very on the ball with clear instructions and reminders, and was a good advocate in dealing with the bank.
Highly recommend.
Great communication and able to find a mortgage when lots of lenders were saying no due to the type of property. Highly recommend, and took a very personal approach to his service.

Mark Panizzon recently helped me to complete my mortgage for a second time. I used his services 5 years ago and was so impressed with his professionalism & knowledge of mortgages/financing….there was no doubt in my mind that I would be a repeat customer. He addressed all my concerns and helped me to gain a greater understanding of the various aspects regarding refinancing. I took comfort in the fact that no question was too small or insignificant for him to address. I highly recommend Mark for all your mortgage needs. CZ
