  Explained Everything

  Steven was knowledgeable and professional. We had a water issue and he was able to show up the same day we called. He explained his recommendations and reasons why.   Handle a Variety of Problems

  Steve’s Mobile RV Tech Service has been a blessing. We arrived at the Oscoda/Tawas KOA campground with power issues on the dash AC and the leveler board. He was recommended by the office staff and said they too had RV issues that Steve was able to repair. I called and he promptly returned my call within two hours. I called his service the next morning to get on his schedule. Steve sent me a message that he would be here between noon and 2:00. He was at our site by 11:00 and began his assessment of the problem. He found the problem and fixed it making the coach roadworthy again. Steve is a professional who is kind, knowledgeable and prompt. I would wholeheartedly recommend his service for your RV repair needs. He comes well equipped to handle a variety of problems. I give Steve 5 STARS!

  Customer Service All Time Low

  I wanted a tank less hot water system in my park model and considered installing it myself. After some research found that there are several system options and got confused on which to use. Found Steve at Mobile RV online and gave him a call for advice. He promptly called me back and after providing me with very useful info, I decided to let him do the job. He sent me quotes and within a couple days I picked out the system and scheduled the install. Steve not only showed up when planned but moved us ahead by a day due to the weather forecast. After the install which was right on time with the quote we had a working hot water system. Steve is very professional, well organized, and friendly. At a time when customer service is at an all time low, I would rank him at the top. I also would highly recommend him to friends and family.

  Late Evening Service Call

  We had some issues filling our fresh water tank at a state park this past weekend. We ran out of water on day 2 of our 5 day trip. We were not able to fill it manually. I happened to see the Mobile RV Tech van across from our campsite and stopped by to talk to them. I gave Erica my information and crossed my fingers that they could get to us before we leave for home. To our surprise, Steve was able to come over and assess our situation as it was getting dark. We were so impressed with the his professionalism and knowledge. He gave us a couple of options for repair. Came back on Sunday and fixed our issue. He went above and beyond what we expected! We are so thankful! A+++++ service!

  Cares About Quality

  Excellent 5 star service. Steve fixed two different issues in my camper and came the same day I called him.   Cut Waterline in New RV

  While Steve was working on installing a camera on the back of the camper he discovered a cut in water vent line that leaked into the under belly. Even though that wasn't on the schedule for that day he stayed late and completed the repair. Thank you Steve, we truly appreciate your diligence.

  Manufacture Discontinued Furnace

  Keith, Thanks for the review! We know how frustrating it is when manufacturers stop making appliances and the OEM parts that go with them. Your original part failed, and after trying two aftermarket sail switches that didn’t hold up, we retrofitted a fourth switch, an OEM part not designed for your furnace, to get things working and restore your heat. Three failed switches in under a year is frustrating for both the customer and the tech.
  
  This retrofit has worked well for other RV techs in similar situations and was the best option short of replacing the entire furnace, which we know you wanted to avoid. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and hope this solution holds up well so you don’t face the added expense of a full furnace replacement. –Steve

  Electrical Issues

  Went to Oscoda KOA and set up our site. I then discovered that I did not have power to our 110 outlets. After looking, I seen that the GFI receptacle had tripped. When I reset it, it would trip again. The campground had brochures for Mobile RV Tech Services so I gave him a call. I got his voicemail and left him a descriptive message on what was going on. Within about 10 minutes, he returned my call. After talking to Steve he said he'd be out in about a half hour. When he arrived, he got right to work. He troubleshot the problem and got it fixed. Along with that, he fixed the problem better than when it was assembled at the factory. He took the time to explain what happened and gave me the part that was causing the problem. This guy knows his stuff and is very friendly and considerate. I will definitely be calling him again for my maintenance needs. Thank you Steve for saving our camping trip.
