  Serious Electrical Issues

Steve was very quick to respond. He completed some serious troubleshooting and diagnosed an electrical issue with an inverter. It also revealed improperly marked circuits in the electrical panel. He was very thorough in explaining the issue. He also repaired the generator that would not run due to a faulty fuel pump. We highly recommend Steve for consultation/repairs!

  Great Communication

  5 Stars!
I had a mobile RV service come out to fix my fried 30-amp power cord and install a broken stabilizer. The service was fantastic – prompt, professional, and great communication throughout the entire process. The only minor issue was that the plug they installed was a bit larger than the original and didn't quite fit inside, but I understand that it was likely the only available option. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!

Thanks for the great review, John. I’m glad we could get your power cord and stabilizer taken care of. You’re right about the plug. Most aftermarket parts are larger than the original manufacturer parts, and it's not common for RVs to have a recessed hole like yours for the plug to fit into. Next time we're out, we can get the special part ordered that fits your setup more precisely. –Steve
