Steve was terrific, he came right away and took care of my issue, and was even able to help me with a few other problems I was having. He knew what he was doing !! And he was also kind snd considerate, an added bonus. I would definitely recommend.

While staying at Tawas Point State Park we encountered a rain shower during the night. Neither my husband nor I remembered to lower or close the awning, and an arm support broke. We were unable to close our awning. I called Mobile RV Tech (on a Sunday) and they immediately got back to me. Steve was very promr, professional and skillful. He was able to fix our awning so that we could get it rolled back up and stationary until we can get it serviced at our local RV service. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them in any situation. Thank you Steve. Dave and Shari Hilliker

While getting ready for the first trip of the year I had two issues. 1. The connection to city water wouldn't seal, causing water to spurt everywhere.
2. Water would flow into the Hotwater heater to be heated but there was no water coming from the heater back into the system (sinks, shower) once heated.
I called Steve from Mobile RV tech services who told me he was going to be in my area this afternoon (my lucky day).
He showed up on time diagnosed the City water issue as my hose, not anything on my rig, and he was right.
Next I went over the Hotwater heater issue.
( which I had taken to be serviced at the end of last year , and was told it was a flow valve issue and fixed)
The problem was the check valve coming from the water heater was not functioning. Very hard to access! Steve had the reach, tools, part, and knowledge to replace the check valve. We started the heater and it worked perfectly.
I'd called several places and was 3 weeks out from being able to get my Motorhome in. I was lucky not only to get these issues fixed, but getting it done the same day, in my own yard!

Steve and Erika have come out a couple times for various repairs for our rental units and I can't say enough wonderful things about them! They are punctual, do a great job, and communicate very well! I have no doubt that Steve is one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the industry. Don't be concerned about the hourly rates-Steve and Erika work FAST and do an incredible job!

RV Steve is GREAT! He knows so much about all facets of RV and campers. I had a couple very silly questions I needed to ask cause I was to embarrassed to ask fellow campers and he very kindly explained. I love that they have mobile booking and the text updates on my appointments have been very helpful. Highly recommend for any age or size RV... get ahold of Steve!

Steve sent a text when he would arrive and I really appreciated that. He helped removing a shade so I could restring it. He also showed me how to put the shade back up. I needed a drainage value replaced on the outside coldwater run. I had him replace the value on the hot water line drain also. He was very quick and reasonable in price. I would definitely call him again on any of my RV needs!
