  Good job/honest man

  Steve kept me informed of his schedule and arrived on time. He did a thorough analysis of my problem and made the repair in a very professional and thorough manner. He kept me informed throughout.
  A camper who had watched us approached me as I was leaving the campground. He had been impressed with what he saw and asked my opinion. I told him and gave him a brochure. He told me that it is hard to get a good job done by an honest man and said that he would be calling. I agree with this stranger's assessment and plan to continue using Steve.

  Fixed 12 volt fridge

  Our refrigerator and freezer quit working properly. Steve came out to our campsite and did some very thorough troubleshooting. Within no time he found the problem. He contacted Norcold for the warranty of the faulty part. When the part came in he called and set up an appointment to come and install the replacement part. Steve exceeded my expectations. I haven’t had service like that in along time. I will definitely call him for any future problems.

  First tech we'll call

  We have owned tents, a pop up camper, small travel trailers and a large 5th wheel. This work was done on our 2006 5th wheel. The technician was as knowledgeable, prepared and thorough as any we've used in our 50 years of experience. He described the work to be performed, explained the methods he used and then assured us of the results. He will be the first RV tech we'll call whenever we need service of any kind.

  Fair and honest

  I called Steve on a Tuesday with a failing air conditioner on my RV. He said he was booked until Thursday 6PM, and he actually showed up 3 hours early. He installed a new unit, which he had in stock, in approximately 2 hours. Steve is a very professional gentleman who works very hard and fast. He is fair and honest. A model for any small business.
