Request a couponExcellent customer service. Was on time. Very professional and friendly. Picked up our items and took them away very quickly. I will definitely use them again when needed. I highly recommend Indy Pickup 1111.
Easy to deal with and I didn’t have to be home for the pick up.
Indy pick Up was great!!! They picked up an old washer and dryer at no cost to me, loaded on their truck and was done within 10 minutes. They were professional, courteous and polite. I will definitely use them again!!! 10 Stars!!!
Great, to-your-door service! Indy Pick Up hauled away my box spring for a great price. 100% recommend
I had a freezer removed. The guy who came was very nice and removed it quickly. I would recommend them if you need an appliance hauled away.
Service was prompt and driver was very friendly. Will definitely use again if needed.
Very pleased to find your service. Fast response and easy process. Will definitely use you again
Communication and service provided is excellent when recognizing the cost and convenience.
Scheduling was okay- took a week for them to come out. They only gave the day, no timeframe, said they’ll get to us when the guys get to us. Not great as we sat around ALL day waiting for them to come. It was after 6pm and I texted for an update thinking at this point they forgot us. They guys had to empty the truck from the day and then come to us as it was too full from the day. I had sent pictures of everything that needed to be picked up including to old riding lawnmower. They sent one guy with a pick up truck to get our stuff. Two riding lawnmowers are not going to fit in a pick up truck let alone all the other things that we had sent for them to pick up. They said they would schedule a time for somebody to come back out and get the mowers and never have. I get that this is a free service and we are not paying them for anything but some customer service and time frames would go a long way.
I was told I’d get a courtesy call when the pickup team was on the way so I wouldn’t need to wait at home, but the tech called only once he arrived. He hadn’t been told by dispatch to call ahead, but was kind enough to wait after I explained. There was a miscommunication, but the tech was friendly and accommodating. The service is affordable and reliable—they have even picked up an old grill from us for free. Despite the mix-up, I’d still recommend them and will continue to use them for my bulk pickup needs in the future!
Quick and Friendly pick up!
