You guys were awesome. So friendly and personable. I’ve used them again in a minute.
Picked up our old freezer, came in a timely manner and great communication. Will use them again when needed.
Thank you! Tyler was great!
Picked up when I was told they would. Great people to work with.
Fast reply, excellent service, would highly recommend!
Responded quickly to my email. I was very impressed. They worked with me on my time schedule. Picked up on time. Highly recommend
Simple and easy to use service, they make runs downtown every weekday.
Went smoothly and quickly, great service!
Great service. Very easy to work with.
Great company to pick up scrap metal, nice and courteous drivers
I’d give 0 stars if I could. I had text confirmation for pickup and never showed - I even texted them that morning and called and left 2 voicemails all unanswered. Can’t rate service that never happened, but very disappointing when they don’t even have the courtesy to let you know they’re not coming. I was just going to leave it be but then got a text prompt to “rate the service” and figured I should warn others of their unprofessionalism. I understand things can happen, but no communication from early morning on throughout the day is inexcusable. Would never recommend their service.
Quick service and seamless transaction
So easy to work with and picked up with no problems!
