Request a couponGreat service that I've used several times now!!
Very professional and great service!
I highly recommend this company!
We have used them twice now and have been very happy.
They show up when they say they are going to and you don’t have to be there when they pick up!
Professional. Friendly. Quick. Fair pricing!
They were professional, friendly, and extremely fast! I was highly impressed with the service I received!
Picked up our grill even off our deck. Great job. Prompt. Courteous. Respectful.
Thank you
Great communication to set up a time that worked for us. The guy who picked up our oven and microwave was super friendly and completed the pick up quickly. I would definitely use Indy Pickup 1111 again in the future.
Driver picked up unrepairable dehumidifier as scheduled. There was a fee, as indicated on the website and collected by the drivers, because dehumidifiers contain refrigerant. Pickup drivers need to carry change to break larger bills. I overpaid, because I didn't want to reschedule, but that's OK.
This was one of the easiest and best places that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are thorough up front. Do exactly what they say they're going to do. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call. They did an awesome job!!!
They were responsive which is a big plus. They also contacted me about the pickup and texted me when they were arriving. I will use them again.
Friendly picked up appliance quickly. No charge to pick up washer.
Easy to reserve and quick to respond. Picked up stove same day I requested!
Hey, we're very quick to respond and very professional picking my old stove up would recommend them to anybody.
They picked up what was requested
The process was very quick. We could have had same day pickup but we weren’t ready. They responded right away and the the fridge was gone the next day. Was very impressed and they were very friendly throughout the whole process.
I needed someone to carry out a relatively simple task; remove and dispose a broken down refrigerator. I called other companies and many required so much non-relative information; never once having contact with a live person. I called Indy Pickup and pretty quickly a live person responded; very courteous and professional. They asked what I want done; I told them, they gave me a price and inquired when I want it done.
We settled on both and the next day: job well done! Sometimes old school is better than high tech. Let’s talk and decide and get the job done and that’s what they did.
