They were quick to respond when I reached out, and picked up my dehumidifier as requested for $15. The process was convenient and hassle free. I appreciate a company that does what it says it does.

Free appliance pick up - what’s not to love? They came to pick up my electric stove, communicated well with scheduling, were helpful and respectful. All that, and having my appliance recycled, rather than ending up whole in a land fill. What a great business!
