Request a couponWe had our vents cleaned this morning and were very impressed with the service. Chris was friendly, efficient, and kept me informed throughout each step of the cleaning process. Much appreciated.
We recently booked Ultra Vac for duct and vent cleaning, and we're extremely satisfied with their service! Chris and Amand did an outstanding job from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained the entire process in detail, and used modern equipment to ensure every vent and duct was thoroughly cleaned.
Chris and Amand were professional, friendly, and hardworking, paying attention to every detail. He made sure our home was left clean and fresh, improving the air quality significantly. His dedication to customer satisfaction was truly impressive.
We highly recommend Chris and Amand from Ultra Vac to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality duct and vent cleaning services. Thank you, Chris and Amand, for your excellent service!
Just had Ultravac in to clean our ducts and dryer vent. I did not get the 2 gentleman's names that were here but they were amazing. Very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. Would definitely recommend Ultravac to anyone needing their ducts cleaned and dryer vents cleaned.
Brad is amazing! Great communication, pricing and work. 10/10 recommend
Excellent customer service! Fit us in for a cleaning, same wake up calling, and they were very polite and professional while in the house!!
They pointed out something about my HVAC system I didn't already know, which was appreciated.
Brad from from Ultra Vac was so quick to communicate and answer my questions. I originally saw a video online where Brad was explaining the importance of HVAC cleaning where he went through the process. Brad sent Aman from his team to do the work and he was such a hardworking and kind person. He shared helpful tips and tricks and was able to complete the work fast and efficiently. I truly appreciated the hard work and dedication of Ultra Vac’s team and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for furnace and duct cleaning for clean healthy air in your home. Thanks again Brad, Aman and the team at Ultra Vac.
Reid, Ultra Vac's representative for the lower mainland, immediately distinguished himself when he executed his duties in cleaning our ducts - profoundly efficient and highly professional.
He took the time to educate us in the whole process, provided before and after pics, and was engaging and friendly throughout. The improvement in the quality of the air in the house was almost instantaneously noticable.
If you, like us, have been burnt by dodgy duct cleaning services before, (y'know; where they come to your house, shove a shop-vac hose in your vents, and bail with your money?), then do yourself a favor and call Ultra Vac - Reid will take excellent care of you.
Hired ultra vac to complete duct cleaning on two homes for me. They arrived on time, did an amazing job and even offered me disinfecting solution in my ducts for no additional cost. They also educated me on long term maintenance and tips and tricks to ensure increased efficiency. Best part is they worked quick yet did a great job. They are also priced very fair and all inclusive compared to other competitors who limit based on square footage or mislead you on what’s actually included. Thanks for all your help guys!
Very happy with the work. The team was very professional and courteous.
Incredible team
Very easy to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the technician, Reid, called ahead to confirm he was on his way. When he arrived he described exactly what he would be doing and then started moving the equipment in without making a scratch. He cleaned all the ducts, showing me pictures in the process. Very kind and professional, never pressuring us into services our system doesn't need. Everything was cleaned up and within a day you could notice a positive difference in the air quality in our home.
Just had the Ultra Vac team Chris and Amand come by. Very impressed with their service and work, very knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions promptly. From the customer service when we called in to inquire, the owner was very responsive and kind to explain their service and go through step by step as what we should expect. Will definitely be using their service again and refer them to our family and friends, exceptional work! Look at the before and after!!
Can't say enough about how well the team did at my residence. Over 1700 sq ft in my 2 storey house, that just had the main floor gutted and completely renovated. Showed up on a Saturday morning, came equipped for safety. I have wiring all through my air ducts and their system made no concerns about it. All the wires intact and without problems. The before and after pictures are amazing.
There is a reason for a all the 5 star reviews and they are not fake. This company has my trust and I will stand by my referrals for them. No cleanup needed and in and out within 2 hours. Thanks for the great service!!
We just had our vents/ducts cleaned by Ultra Vac and we are beyond pleased!
The two young men that were here are very professional and so polite!
I will definitely be contacting them again in the figure when we need the cleaning done again and would highly recommend them to anyone!
