Professional, friendly, good value and on time for 2 visits. Showed before and after pictures of each area and explained the process and products used in detail. Had to reschedule once and had a great experience in that process.
The techs were very friendly, wore masks without my having to request it, ran everything down with me before beginning work, finished ahead of schedule, showed me before and after photos of the ducts, and left the house as clean as it was before their work.
It was overall a great experience and if I need to have my ducts cleaned again in the future I will be booking through Ultra Vac again.
Great guys, friendly, informative.. good experience!
I hired them due to another company not showing up. They seem to be a newer company or operating as such , so these guys are trying to make the customer happy. They are on time or early, wear a mask and definitely try to do a proper job.I had a problem with decaying birds in my exhaust fan and they removed it along with nest material. They also cleaned my ducts in the rest of the home.Due to an ongoing smell in the fan exhaust duct, they came back again and did another cleanup of the exhaust fan duct and removed more dead birds and nest material. They worked hard to remove it the first time and were more than obliging the second time. I would strongly recommend this company and wish them good luck for future business.
Ultra Vac did a fantastic job. While I did have a misunderstanding about the job, the company went the extra mile to leave me satisfied and happy about their service!! Absolutely recommend Ultra Vac for duct and vent cleaning!
these guys rock! very professional service honest pricing would highly recommend.
Brad personally come to my home in St. Laurent to complete the duct cleaning of my mobile home. He was personable and very efficient. Took all the extra steps to make sure everything was perfect as mobiles are a bit different than standard homes. I highly recommend Ultra Vac Furnace & Duct Cleaning!
Very professional and friendly. They did a good job and were very quick as well. I would definitely recommend this business.
The guys did an excellent job cleaning our ducts and vents. They arrived on time and were very professional all throughout. Pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend this company!
By far the best Duct Cleaning Service. I had another company who did a cleaning but did not get the cold air and warm air returns in the basement. They dirtidr my new furnace filter. I had a new furnace installed and the furnace company paid for a duct cleaner. I had asked them how much does this cost for my home. I was told $300. They only brought in a shop vacuum, small compressor, and a hose. I called Bradley at Ultra Ducts and because my son worked for them prior he arranged to promptly clean our 2 story home. My so took pictures before and after. Huge difference. Absolutely clean. It was worth spending the $174.95. Plus tax. They removed the vents that were screwed on and put them back. The other company stated that I had to remove the vents and put them back on myself. Ultra Ducts is worth it by far. Also the lemon disinfectant that was sprayed in the Ducts keeps the house smelling fresh.
Scheduling an appointment is very easy. I picked an online booking that gave me the day and time I wanted. Confirmed the schedule moments later with an email response. The team arrived on time, greeted us with respect as well as they treated our house as their own. Started their work with explaining first the work that they will be doing, how the cleaning will be done properly. Took pictures before and after that validates the quality of their work. A very knowledgeable technicians that really know what to do. Highly recommend company.
Above expections service. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Showed up early. Finished within the time they said they would. Excellent job, had the pictures to prove it.
Were courteous, helpful and were very nice to my over enthusiastic dog.
I recommend.
This is a wonderful company that does a fantastic job, they're all about the customer and meeting your needs. We had Len and Reid out to clean our ducts and vents, so polite, professional and knowledgeable. They even loved up on my dogs and made sure that they were doing ok with the noise.
The before and after photos they showed me were like night and day! I would highly recommend Ulta Vac to anyone. Thanks guys!
