2 guys, Reid and Charles I believe were their names. Friendly, customer service oriented, efficient, professional, knowledgeable. Company is very responsive by email. Definitely will refer to family and friends.
They have done a super job with great value. We can now breathe free of dust, dirt and debris in the house. With just additional $25 for sanitizing and disinfect pet trace, the house is now like a pet free home. Professional work, best value in town and Brad and Reid both great guys to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Satisfied customer, technicians that cleaned the ducts were thorough. And the showing of the before & after pictures was proof of how good their service was done. Thanks again! Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Fast, efficient and professional. I won't use any other company and will recommend them.
Everyone from the call being answered to the job being completed exceeded our expectations. The day after we called, the ducts were cleaned and a bird nest was removed from our dryer vent. Nests are not unusual, but service like this is nowadays. Adam and Len were unbelievable in setup/cleanup/explanations. Definitely a
I called Ultra Vac to come and clean my ductwork because the price was so much better than their competition and they also had a professional website. I have to admit that I was so very impressed by not only the price but the service personal and owner (Brad). They made several trips to my residence due to bars I had on my furnace window blocking their entrance. I wanted their large truck to do my furnace and it required the bars to be removed over a period of a week. I had the opportunity to meet several of their ductwork cleaning team and they honestly so polite, shoes off at the door, mask wearing and knowledgeable about every aspect of their business. When my work was performed on 12/10/21, I can honestly say that I have never had contractors in my residence that impressed as much as the Ultra Vac crew. I had their herbal anti microbial fog treatment added while they were here and my house fragrance is amazing and now healthy and worth the extra money. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with my whole experience and even though I never met owner Brad, I can tell that he has created a work enviornment for his employees that second to none in my experience. To say I was totally satisfied, would be an understatement! Congratulations Ultra Vac!
Had our ducts/vents cleaned in our new house not that long ago, they were quick but thorough, and very nice. Would for sure recommend to friends and family.
After seeing the 5 star ratings, I decided to call Ultra Vac and connected with Brad the owner. I needed to clean all ducts, including my Dryer vent. Brad was informative, patient, explained the entire cleaning process, and the proper equipment to be used. His crew (Adam and Brandon) arrived on time and did an excellent job. Adam answered all my questions and showed the before and after pictures of the main ducts, including the excessive build up in my dryer vents. The 5 stars were right, Ultra Vac really cares about doing the job right with excellent customer service to back it up. Excellent company.
Called them on friend's recommendation. Friendly service, price was right. Excellent job explaining the job being done. Provide before and after photos for each part of the job. Even noticed a furnace filter I had put in backwards. Will use them next time as well.
They were recommended by my friend and I decided to gave them a try. From the booking and inquiries to the actual job, Ultra Vac did an amazing job. Their techs were on time and were very professional and thorough on cleaning the vents. They did show me a before and after of the job. They were very careful in moving their equipment around the house as well. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
