Just had Reid and Tony in to clean our ducts and can’t say enough about their service. . Quick, professional and friendly! Called them due to 5 star reviews and cannot disagree with any of them. Highly recommend!
Excellent service. Quick response and the best quality of customer service. Highly recommended
Excellent experience from start to finish.
I was reviewing quotes for commercial dryer vent cleaning. First - when requesting an appointment, the process was very quick with fast response. They were able to fit us in and be accommodating to avoid disruption to our business. They were polite, professional and mindful of cleanliness and noise level plus no messes behind. I was shown before and after photos. They were patient as they had to wait a few moments for payment processing. I was so impressed, I asked for return on a second location. Very reasonable pricing as well.
One of my most positive experiences with a company ever. Will Absolutely rebook and recommend.
Good job done by professional and friendly people….
They were friendly, did a great job and at a good price. Highly recommend!
Awesome service. Extremely friendly, punctual, quick and thorough. In and out in about an hour. Highly recommended!
Our Technicians left under 5 minutes ago, and I had to immediately jump on to write a review because I am so impressed. Not only were they professional, courteous, and informative, but they were both so kind and it was truly a pleasure just chit chatting with them.
On top of this, the work they did was outstanding (they showed me before and after photos) and they ensured everything was cleaned thoroughly. They were also great about walking me through everything they were going to, and everything they were currently doing every step of the way.
I can't say enough great things about Ultra Vac. Thank you for everything. You went above and beyond!
I chose this company for the great reviews and they did not disappoint!
The techs were friendly, informative, and respectful.
I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.
I can't recommend this company enough , we had a situation that needed a duct/vent cleaning company , but not just any company, we needed Empathy, morals , good workmanship and professionalism , we found all of the above with Ultra vac and its owner Bradley, they went way beyond the call of duty, doing a superb job.
We had a very frail father struggling with life, and not being able to breathe clean air at his home, a company had gone the year prior and just took my parents money ($346) with out actually doing the work, from now on there is no better company to do this kind of work for me.
Thank you so much Bradley Jacobson and company for accommodating our situation
I was extremely happy with Bradley and his team who are very professional and friendly. I would recommend Ultra Vac to my friends and family for their excellent service.
We’ve been going to them for our duct cleaning needs. They always do a great job and are very professional! We will hire them again for sure!
Amazing staff! Were super friendly and uplifting! Got the work done fast! 100% would recommend !
We had an appointment and my wife went into labour early, my brother in law was at the house as they arrived. They did a fantastic job and also added a special sanitation free of charge. We are grateful for the above and beyond customer service. They had great communication and customer service.
