Request a couponI am very happy with the service I received and a longstanding problem resolved the only problem with recommending him highly is the worry that he might be too busy for me next time!!!!!
I called this company last night (nasty wasps nest round the back of my house) he turned up this afternoon problem solved…what a service.
I’ve also used their chimney sweep/log burner services on multiple occasions and was very impressed at how professional and how clean he left my property once completed….. I highly recommend them.
Craig is an excellent sweep and also so much more. He is an authority on all types of fireplaces, particularly stoves. He rescued me from trouble I was having with my old Woodwarm M31 which I depend on in cold weather. I was most impressed and will be sending all my business his way.
Highly recommend West Malling Chimney Sweep. Craig did a brilliant job he was efficient, tidy very knowledgeable and left our wood burner spotless!
Brilliant service from Craig and Hayley. I needed a repair done and Hayley responded really quickly to my original enquiry. Despite being fully booked until next year Craig went above and beyond to help me fix it in his own time even coming back the same day up re-install the door. Very friendly and his knowledge and advice is invaluable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and they’ve got 2 new customers, me and my Mum, for sweeps next year. Thanks again.
Thank you for great service Hayley and Craig, from answering my call to coming out and saving the bird in the chimney your service was fantastic, highly recommend :)
Absolutely top notch service and advice. Now on our annual list of services required! Thank you
Excellent service, onetime, clean and tidy chimney sweeping and some great advice on wood and burners. Recommended.
Brilliant service .
5 stars . Went above and beyond.
Absolutely brilliant service. Craig's knowledge of and love for his trade is unparalleled. Craig explained and demonstrated everything I needed to know about our log burner. Thanks to his enthusiasm and patience we will be lighting the stove on a regular basis from now on. Thank you so much and look forward to working with you in the years to come.
Excellent service from Craig who we use each year. Makes what should be a messy job seem so clean. Always impressed. Always gives advice and recommendations around safety if needed and also does a camera service too. Many thanks Craig and Hayley (in the office).
Craig is an amazing sweep and taught me how to use the stove as he cleaned and swept it. His enthusiasm for his craft is infectious. Did a fantastic job and will use again without hesitation.
We had our first visit from Craig yesterday and it certainly won’t be the last. Top notch work carried out, extreme care taken whilst carrying out the work & when he left the stove and hearth were definitely cleaner! Thank you for your patience with an anxious Customer. 100% recommend
Can’t recommend Craig enough. He did a brilliant job and took the time to explain everything to me. He was friendly and did everything to a high standard.
Craig came to refit the fire bricks to both our stoves and as always did a fantastic job. Going above and beyond leaving them looking spotless. He has cleaned our chimneys for many years and always does a professional job and is extremely knowledgeable in all things fireplace, chimney and stove related. Nothing is a problem to him. Would highly recommend him.
Simply brilliant service from start to finish.
Craig was spot on time for the appointment, very respectful of our home and meticulously clean and tidy throughout the process.
Despite the job being more involved than originally envisaged, Craig was methodical and explained everything about what he had discovered and how it could be rectified.
A highly professional service from someone who is steeped in industry knowledge.
Can't recommend his services enough.
Thank you Craig 🙏
Craig was punctual, friendly and incredibly professional. He took the time to explain some issues with one of our stoves to us. He is clearly very meticulous in his work. Most importantly he left our carpet (which is cream!) spotless! Thank you Craig.
An excellent job. Punctual, polite, helpful, and not a spot of dirt anywhere. This was our first chimney clean and Craig re-assembled part of our log burner which had been incorrectly fitted, which has given the burner much more energy and heat. I'm already booked in for next year!
