Request a couponCraig arrived in very good time of the appointment. He was courteous and very knowledgeable, and gave me some good advice. The sweep was carried out swiftly and cleanly, and I would gladly recommend his services
Craig managed to fit me last minute when I enquired about help with our chimney. We were so impressed and happy with his workmanship, super happy with the results and advice given - couldn’t recommend more!
Our stove has caused many sweeps problems - not Craig. Very professional, polite and tidy. Reasonably priced. Excellent service.
Craig was amazing. His knowledge about wood burners is a passion and I was very grateful for his advice. All of it will help me to look after and run my burner more efficiently. I will most certainly use Craig from now I cannot recommend him enough. I have already recommended him to another friend who has a burner.
Thanks Craig, see you next year.
I have no hesitation in recommending Craig. Heated or routine sweeps a couple of times and was super clean and fairly priced. However he really came into his own when the back boiler leaked and we thought we might have to write off the whole stove. He's been back several times, gradually refurbishing it in situ with minimal disruption to us, and always cheerful, polite and informative. Thoroughly professional and clearly passionate about getting it right. Absolutely brilliant.
Craig was extremely knowledgeable and did a first class job of sweeping our two stoves. He even came back with some fire clay free of charge so we could fix a small crack. Top man !
Good service. Prompt. Clean. Very fairly priced.
Great service and extremely knowledgeable.
Super clean and efficient and affordable.
I have no hesitation in recommending and will be using this service annually from now on.
Craig did a very good job of cleaning our chimney. He was aldo very informative about the new log burner we are going to have installed soon. I will book him again for a clean next year.
So professional, excellent service, really couldn’t recommend enough. I had problems with the installation of one of my wood burners and so grateful that it was pick up on and advised who could help, and kept in contact to see if we got help. The service we got was absolutely brilliant - would not use anyone else, he is so knowledgeable and checks everything - highly appreciated and highly recommend.
Had our reopened living room chimney swept by Craig today, he's swept our dining room chimney before and having him back was a no-brainer.
Always thorough and efficient, Craig will happily provide advice based on his years of experience, which is always gratefully received.
We have found Craig to be polite and courteous, he also strictly adhered to government guidance during the covid pandemic.
We would readily recommend his services and well be using him again.
Excellent service & fair price! Very clean & knowledgeable. Definitely recommend & I will use again. Thank you
I've used Craig for years to sweep the chimneys, but he's also really knowledgeable and helpful to ensure your stove burns most efficiently and to help with issues such as bird-proofing the flue. A real expert and a lovely chap too. Can't recommend highly enough.
