Request a couponThis was the second time I've used Craig - he's reliable, professional, efficient and very clean and tidy. He really seems to know his stuff and cares about what he's doing. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
Thank you very much for such a professional job. Craig found concrete/cement in the chimney that had been missed by others and he removed which he could easily have ignored - no extra costs involved.
Turned up exactly when expected and left everything clean and tidy.
Would definitely recommend.
Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all requirements to do with Log Burners and everything associated with them. Would always look to use Craig for any requirements we have. Excellent service
Craig came to the property to do the first ever chimney sweep on the house. Found it almost totally blocked by a very firmly wedged brick. (We thought only one at that stage!) He tried to remove it but ran out of time as had other calls to make.
Craig returned a week later. Explained everything he was attempting, (using camera equipment). Managed to clear the chimney - 2 large bricks and several pieces of mortar. The wood stove had to be disconnected as bricks were too large to get thru the flue. He tackled that as well.
It was an excellent professional job and the place was spotless afterwards. 11/10
We had Craig sweep our chimney for the first time yesterday. Could not recommend him enough. He was extremely knowledgable and professional and patiently explained everything we needed to know.
Thank you.
A Great service, showed up on time, gave a thorough clean and inspection, very honest, I highly recommend!
Will definitely be using Craig again!
Craig managed to fit me in at short notice, arrived early and carried out an excellent job. Highly recommended.
Have had Craig come to do our Chimney sweeps on a few occasions now . He is always prompt, reliable, friendly ,professional and very tidy. He will give you advice if needed and charges are very reasonable. Book in advance as he becomes booked up early. No wonder as he is so good at his job.
Brilliant service today, very knowledgeable and informative. Compared to other sweeps we have used this was the best service. Many thanks for the advice too.
Not only is Craig a top bloke, but he’s great at what he does and his prices are very fair. My wood burner looks like new thanks to Craig’s handiwork.
Absolutely hands down the best service from Craig. On time, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him enough.
Craig has been servicing our 3 wood burners for 15years, his knowledge is extensive and we consulted him on brands before purchasing our last two burners. We have since recommended him several times. A proper professional.
First time using Craig. Very professional and knowledgeable. He fitted me in following a cancellation which I was extremely grateful for. Will definitely use again.
1st. Time using Craig and will definitely use him again. Very efficient and informative. Extremely professional and competent.
We have found our chimney sweep for life!! It’s the 3rd year we have used Craig and he is prompt, polite, efficient, tidy, trustworthy and reasonably priced. Just wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Used Craig again for the annual stove and flue service. Perfectly prompt, clean and knowledgeable as usual. Have a great year and see you in 12 months
Craig arrived today punctually after Hayley had dealt with my enquiry to have my chimney swept & a new bird proof cowl fitted. Craig was very professional & COVID safe. The price quoted was the price paid. Craig left me a sleep safe chimney sweeping certificate when he had finished & explained any advisory measures to take. He even cleaned up my stove which looks like new. Definitely would recommend this company.
I used Craig after reading excellent reviews and following a very informative and honest telephone conversation with Craig.
Craig capped 4 chimney pots for me and whilst there advised of an issue with a tile on the roof which was easily replaced.
I would certainly recommend!
