Craig has been looking after my wood burning stoves for nearly 20 years and I am still learning from him. He has a deep expertise, is incredibly helpful if you ask for advice and is truly professional. He puts other so-called experts to shame. He is outstanding in his field and I would recommend him without hesitation.
I have a diverse range from open fires to unusual wood burning stoves and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Craig is more knowledgeable than I knew it was possible to be on stoves, fires and chimneys.
Great service, surpasses all the other sweeps I’ve used in the past, highly recommend Craig!
Quick effecient service as always. Also reassuring advise system working as it should. Highly recommended you use Craig Forster, waiting list for work speaks volumes about his work.
I would highly recommend Craig. Extremely efficient, very friendly, great service.
Used Craig multiple times already and also recommended him to my sister who has already used him for two chimneys. Always on Time (or early), clean, tidy, efficient and even complying to COVID-19 regulation! There is a reason why he is booked up months in advance!
They did a great job sweeping both our chimneys. Very knowledgeable, and very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
Having swept our chimney and come across an incorrect fitting of a cowl, Craig was a superstar and two days later climbed over 12m to remove said cowl and replace with one he had. Absolutely amazing service and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Craig
Craig serviced our stove/swept chimney today and fitted a new piece to the stove pipe which was all done in a very professional manner with full explanations of any answers to questions I had.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig if you’re ever looking for a chimney sweep and stove service.
Craig came to clean and service my wood burner, very efficient, no mess what so ever and took no time at all. Will be calling him back again next annual service
Looked for a sweep, found Craigs details and based on 5 star reviews booked for myself and two neighbours. Great service, very knowledgeable, helpful, doesn't try to sell you anything i.e co2 detectors and will most definitely be booking again for 2021! Thanks
Craig is very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We have worked alongside him for many years and have always known him to complete his work to the highest standards.
Craig Forster visited our home today to remove a Jackdaw nest and fit a cowel to the chimney. He was meticulous ( covering all furnishings with clean dust sheets ) taking great care in removal of the nest and wearing appropriate PPE ensuring both his and our safety. Craig's work is excellent. Highly recommended.
Have known Craig for at least 10 years, always sweeps my open fire at home and my wood burner in my workshop. A true genius and an expert in all aspects of keeping a chimney safe whether for open fire or wood burners. Always happy to help and give advice can't recommend him enough. 10/10.
An amazing service as always. Craig is always professional and answers any questions you have. Very trustworthy and reliable. Very clean and tidy worker. Adhering to COVID-19 rules all times. Thank you for an excellent service.
Excellent service. First sweep we’ve had as new owners of a wood burner - Craig gave plenty of useful advice as well as a sweep. He also checked and adjusted our burner baffles. Polite,, professional and immaculately tidy. Thank you
