HQ Home Inspections provided a comprehensive and professional inspection report. The inspector provided images, text, and itemized any and all concerns which is what any home buyer needs. I have had other home inspections and this inspection report and experience was the best I've ever had. HQ Home Inspectors is worth the cost and I can say that I wish I would have used them initially. The Inspector arrived timely, had excellent communication, and produced a report by email within hours of the inspection. Highly highly recommended!

Upon searching the web for a Home Inspector, I immediately was impressed with HQ Home Inspection's web site. I called HQ and after speaking to Mr. Logan, I requested his service.

Upon inspection of my property, Mr. Logan did a fantastic job in explaining all major components along with their functions. I was so appreciative of his professionalism. If you're in the market for a Home Inspector, I highly recommend HQ as your first and only choice. Mr. Logan will definitely make it worth your hard earned money.

Kenneth is exceptionally professional and thorough in his inspection and the report he forwarded. Many home inspectors I've used in the past have wanted to rush through the inspection but Kenneth took his time and was incredibly thorough, which as a potential home purchaser you truly appreciate. I would absolutely recommend him and HQ Inspections!

Mr. Logan went above and beyond to schedule not one, but two home inspections with very short notice. We had a short window to have two home inspections done on two very different properties in two different areas and both on the same Saturday. Mr. Logan made sure we were taken care of and at a fair price, no price gouging!! His company completed thorough inspections while being friendly and professional. We can now close with confidence thanks to HQ Home Inspections. I highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!

Mr Logan was a nice person but he missed a key point on my inspection , he didn’t let me know the heat didn’t work in my home , attic wires were disconnected that could prevent flooding, plumbing didn’t work which created a severe back up within a week of moving in and the water in the bathtub ran cold . It was bad enough having to learn that an incompetent mentally deranged contractor Roy burden (don’t use this guy), didn’t fix the home adequately but these items that should have been found on inspection would be reason for me not to buy the house as it needs much work. From sad , regretful buyer.

Highly recommended and extremely helpful. He really made my process of closing on my 1st home a breeze and made sure the seller was not getting over on the smallest repairs.

Mr. Logan is very thorough and professional. He conducted the inspection I requested and reviewed his findings with me. Then he emailed me a very detailed inspection report and once again reviewed it with me and answered my questions and concerns. I would recommend his services to all needing a home inspection.

We needed a home inspector to review a number of issues on our property. We wanted an honest, unbiased opinion before salesmen came to give us estimates, and Kenneth did just that! He helped us differentiate what needs to be done from what doesn’t, and how to prioritize our projects. Investing in a couple hours with Kenneth will absolutely save us time and money. In addition, he was just a pleasure to have in our home. We know exactly who to call if we are ever selling or buying, or if we have any future questions about our home. Thank you so much Kenneth!
