Kenneth was very informative and professional. Kenneth took his time and inspected all aspects of the home. He also educated us about home safety tips to ensure longevity of the home. I would recommend him 100% to anyone who is in need of a home inspection. I love how professional, informative and organized he was about the process. He stuck to his timeframe of sending us the entire inspection report via email. He was great!

Kenneth was professional and thorough during our home inspection, and charged a very reasonable price. He was open to our questions and provided a clear and complete report within 24 hours of the inspection.

Thank you Mr. Kenneth!
Very educational home inspection. Mr. Kenneth loves what he does and he shared all his knowledge and thoughts with me, the potential home buyer. Very thorough from the outside, inside, top and bottom of the house. Testing all the outlets, lights, appliances, heating, cooling, plumbing, windows, doors, attic, basement, foundation and structural components. I learned so much! Not to mention the 43 page report with color pictures of all the defects, all the model numbers and dates, and recommendations with cost estimates. I highly recommend HQ Home Inspections to any home buyer before you purchase your home.

HQ Home Inspections is a great choice if you need a home inspected. Kenneth is very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of a house and its surroundings. He knows exactly what to look for and explains everything clearly so that you understand the process and what also to look for while you walk around with him. I had the report same day as the inspection, and it was very thorough and informative. The pictures are clear and all the detail is there. Great Experience!!

I used Kenneth's services for my new home inspection in Hollaway area in Nov-2017. He is simply Awesome. Very detail oriented and professional. Will look at even minute details and check everything is working as expected. He will also explain you everything in detail so you know what you should look for when doing inspection.

I will highly recommend him for your future home inspection.
