His work is Simply amazing and what I believe to be ABOVE and beyond. This is my 1st time purchasing a home and felt very strongly on finding someone who had MY best interest at heart and not the realtors or a quick buck. Kenneth was absolutely wonderful. He took photos, wrote informational notes and estimates. When sending my inspection sheet to friends and family who have brought homes in the past everyone was highly impressed with his services. Best dollar ever spent, i highly recommend his services

Kenneth is an excellent inspector. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and I appreciated him taking the time to explain what issues he saw and the potential risks that come from unaddressed issues. He had such a quick follow-up time (I had the report the next day), and the formatting of, and explanations within, the report made it so easy to see what items needed my immediate attention. On top of all of that, he is professional and personable. I highly recommend his service!

My husband and I used H Q Home inspections for our home inspection. We are first time home buyers so we where nervous to begin with. Kenneth was so professional and thorough throughout the process that it wasn't long before we realized we had made the best choice for a home inspector. His attention to detail/pictures and all of the notes he took was exactly what we where looking for. We are so glad our realtor suggested H Q Home inspections. We received his report promptly and even the report was SO well put together it was very impressive. The inspection went great. Kenny arrived early and started on the exterior of the property while waiting for me. I was impressed with how thorough he was overall, but particularly for the outside portions since it was raining that day. He didn't let the weather interfere with the quality of his work. The property was approximately 5,000 square feet and included a basement, attic and a couple of additions, making it somewhat complex. Kenny looked at every nook and cranny, including every bit of the crawl space taking tons of pictures to support his assessment. He spent time on all the mechanical items and the appliances, thoroughly testing them all. Because of the additions, the roof line was somewhat disjointed, but Kenny made sure he was able to review all surface areas from either/both the inside of the house or the outside. After the inspection, Kenny prepared and sent his report earlier than he had initially estimated. The report was comprehensive, and not only provided valuable information for negotiating the final purchase terms, but will serve as a useful guide for maintenance on the home going forward.
