He answered and clearly explained the answer to all of our many question even those further than what was generally included in the inspection. He dictated any issues to us on site as we had a quick turn around from inspection to home auction date and followed up with a report soon after. He was friendly and gave us great personal advice based on his professional experience regarding the home, its condition, and estimated value.

  This was my very first home buying experience. With the help of Kenneth, my experience was amazing. He made sure that he looked and checked everything, and I mean everything! He even crawled into the small and tight spaces to make sure everything met his expectations and if anything did not he explained to me and my husband how things should be. I highly recommend him!   Mr. Logan was very informative and professional. He explained everything to me as he went along, answering any questions I asked. He informed me of items I should keep an eye on as well how to maintain them to insure they continue to work as they should.   This is the second home I have had inspected by Kenneth and he continues to impress. 5 years ago he inspected a house in the Fan that I was selling by owner and he provided a "pre-inspection". He walked through every inch of the house with me and clearly explained what he was looking for. Last week he inspected a new home my wife and are buying and he did the same. Although the home is only 6 years old and clearly built with care and attention to detail, he went in with no assumptions and provided a great experience. He pointed out where he was impressed with the builder and where other options could have been used. I will continue to use him in the future.

  Mr kenneth was very thorough and informative during the inspection process. He pinpointed areas of the house that required repair which would have been overlooked by a builders inspector. There are things i would not have noticed if it was not indicated during the inspection of a house i am purchasing. He did an exceedingly excellent job and at an affordable price. Last house i had inspected by mortgage co inspector cost more and they did less. Mr kenneth, will ensure you know everything there is to know about the house and what needs to be done. He was an excellent choice.
