Ken was absolutely amazing! He saved me hundreds of dollars by locating issues that needed to be resolved by the sellers before I finalized the sale. He was referred to me by a friend who also had an amazing experience. I will return to him for future needs because he did a thorough job, was reasonably priced and was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out on a weekend.

Ken is dependable and hardworking. As a Realtor, it's important to have someone that will show up when deadlines are critical. Ken has been known to do inspections on a weekend to suit my client's schedule better as well. His reports are detail-oriented and he's happy to explain or clarify any questions you might have.

I would highly recommend Mr. Logan for your next inspection. He is knowledgeable and addressed my many concerns and questions during and after my inspection.

Kenneth did an incredibly thorough job for a very low price, hundreds of $$ under the Realtor's recommended inspector. He went over everything with me, and I received his detailed report, complete with pics, recommendations & estimates, that same evening. I can't recommend him enough!

Kenneth was at the inspection property before I was and spent a good amount of time looking at the home. He does not seem to have any problems answering questions and does a good job explaining things. His report was delivered much sooner than I expected.

Kenneth is outstanding and I HIGHLY recommend him! He is very pleasant to work with, efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, and good about answering his phone or returning your messages. He does not mind you picking his brain to ask questions if there is something you don't understand and if you need to alter anything found by his inspection he will give you a good direction on how to remedy your issue. He did a full home inspection when I purchased a rebuild and found two issues, one of which I never would have found (the roof raters). Oh, and he has fair pricing too. Hire him, you won't be disappointed!

Called Mr. Kenneth Logan on a Monday afternoon in a time crunch, he graciously offered to meet the next afternoon to accommodate us and our schedules. He arrived early to start the inspection (as he told me he would). His inspections are thorough and he goes above and beyond. I have told people about him already, and I will continue to reccomend him to others who need his services.

I came across HQ Home Inspections during a Google search, and I'm so glad I did. Mr. Logan was able to schedule an appointment within just a few days of my calling in reference to several properties, for which I was extremely grateful. Mr. Logan arrived early, took his time to thoroughly inspect each property and even turned around all 5 the same evening. Mr. Logan is the consummate professional. I know I will utilize HQ home Inspections for future needs and recommend others do the same. Thank you Mr. Logan.
