I really enjoy working with Kimberley Ackerman to assist her clients in acquiring their next property . Kimberley has an eye for detail, isn't interested in rushing through the transaction, and wants to ensure her clients only buy the property that is right for them.

As an Agent we deal with lots of buyer's agents and recently sold a property to Kimberely and her clients. Throughout the process she was a pleasure to deal with and very understanding of both the vendors and her own clients. We negotiated a great deal together and Kimberely ultimately helped her clients buy their dream home. It was a very smooth transaction. I look forward to the next deal we do together!

Kim (and the talented Gabby) completely changed the game for me. From having professional eyes at all inspections to getting me access to off market properties. And from bidding at auctions to navigating tough conversations behind the scenes. There’s nothing Kim can’t or won’t do.

Kim brings serious property knowledge, next-level industry connections and an unbelievable work ethic. But she’s also a complete joy to hang out with.

Buyer Ambassadors go above and beyond and then some. Time and time again. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim and her team of property pros.

Our experience with Kim is not yet over however it is impossible not to leave a positive review. My first call to Kim was out of hours on a weekend - and the precedent was then set. Kim and Gabby bent over backwards for us at all hours to secure us our forever home whilst managing some high emotions and tricky agents in an unpredictable market. Kim will partner with you like a life long friend, whilst keeping pragmatic and solutions focused. She is determined, quick thinking and kind, who really seeks to listen and understand. We would not hesitate to recommend Kim in future - she is an invaluable buyers agent who will treat your matters as if her own.

I came across Kim about a year after I started my property journey but I wish I’d known about her and Buyer Ambassadors earlier as they would have saved me from the stress and anxiety as a first time buyer! Kim was incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and diligent in her work, demonstrating her expertise in the market and understanding of my brief. She worked tirelessly with the agents and solicitor without me needing to get directly involved but also walked me through the due diligence processes and kept me updated through out. She was ever so patient, calm and kind with my slightly too detailed, veering on neurotic questions and helped dispel what seemed like insurmountable barriers in my mind. This really gave me the confidence to continue on this crazy journey when I was ready to throw in the towel.

I highly, highly recommend Kim and Gabby to anyone looking to purchase a property - save your time and sanity. They’re well worth the money and you’ll be in incredibly wonderful and professional hands. Thanks, ladies!

As a property sales consultant, I can honestly say that Kim is absolutely worth her weight in gold to anyone looking to purchase a property!

Working alongside Kim on a recent transaction was an absolute pleasure. What stood out to most about Kim was the genuine level of care and concern she showed for her clients and the initiative she took to find the right property within their limited time frame, thoroughly conduct all the due diligence and tirelessly negotiate the sale price on their behalf.

Kim went above and beyond and didn’t hesitate to offer to inspect the property on a Sunday so that the deal could be finalised for her clients.

Kim is an amazing advocate for her clients and her professional advice and services are invaluable in navigating your way through any property purchase.

Kim is a legend! We are expats living abroad and we gave Kim a very tight brief. She took care of everything, we benefited from her industry connections and ended up securing a property off the market. We also had complications post exchange and Kim was super helpful and went into bat for us. Would highly recommend her services - worth every penny!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Kimberley on a transaction in Russell Lea.

As an agent, we meet multiple buyers agents and only a few ever stand out. Kimberley is definitely one of them.

She inspected a home on behalf of her client, and to her credit was working to a tight dead line. Within 8 Hours, she had inspected the home, got her clients through again while doing all the DD in the background to put her clients in a position to purchase.

She was a pleasure to deal with, very transparent which allowed us to move forward quickly.

Its fair to say that without her tenacity, her clients would have missed out on their family home!

Kimberley, i truly hope we can work together again!

I have worked alongside Kim Ackerman for a number of years now, and without doubt, every single transaction is seamless, and this is because of Kim's hard work, negotiations, great relationships with stakeholders and efforts in the transactions. Kim does due diligence like no other. She goes above and beyond to ensure that no stone is left unturned. As a Solicitor who specializes in conveyancing, I work with buyers agents all over the country, and by far, Kim Ackerman is the best that I have ever worked with. I strongly recommend Kim's services to any buyer looking to purchase property as she will work incredibly hard for that client to achieve their goals.
